Select your username in the site’s top navigation.Go to View membership details.Select Manage credit cards.Select Add a card.Enter your credit card information in the spaces provided.Select Add a new payment. How do I edit my payment method? Option 1: Edit via Amazon Payments (recommended) Go to Your Payments on Amazon.Locate the card you'd like to update.Select Edit next to the card.Update the information in the fields provided.Select Save. Note: Changes made in Amazon Payments will automatically apply to your Audible account. Option 2: Remove and re-add on Audible If you need to change the credit card number or prefer to manage directly onAudible: Select your username in the site's top navigation.Go to View membership details.Select Manage credit cards.Select Add a card.Enter your updated credit card information.Select Add payment.Select Delete card next to your previous payment method. How do I set a credit card as my default payment method? Note: If the default card on file can’t be charged, any card currently in your Amazon account will be used as a backup card. How do I manage my backup payment method? Backup payment methods allow us to help you avoid disruptions of your membership if there’s a problem with your default payment method. Changes you make to these settings will impact Audible and any other Amazon products and services. In your Amazon account, go to Your Payments.In the top navigation, select Settings.Select Manage back-up payment method.From here, you can do several things: Toggle backup payment methods on/off.Review and update the payment methods on file using the checkboxes. How do I delete a credit card? To avoid lapses in your membership, you can’t delete a credit card from the Audible website without having another card on file. Additionally, if a credit card is deleted from Audible, it will also be deleted from your Amazon account. Select your username in the site navigation.Go to View membership details.Select Manage credit cards.Select Delete card next to the card you want to delete.Select Delete card to confirm. Note: If the card is currently set for your Audible membership, you must first select or add a different card as your default payment method before trying to remove your credit card. What payment methods does Audible accept? Audible accepts the following payment methods: VisaMasterCardAmerican ExpressDiscoverPrepaid debit cardsAmazon Store CardAmazon Secured Private Label Credit Card (PLCC) We don’t support any other method of payment, including PayPal. If you receive a credit card error, please ensure that the default credit card on file with your account is current and is one of the cards listed above.
